Return Policy:
All returns must first be authorized by this office. All items to be returned to us prepaid and must be in a salable condition and currently in our catalog. Claims will not be allowed after 30 days from receipt of order. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned at our discretion. Returns for any other reasons other than our error will be charged a 15% restocking charge.
Shipping Polices:
All orders are either shipped via UPS or US Mail within one to two business days. Any order containing Marking Magic must be sent UPS only as this is an aerosol product and as a rule incurs an increase in the posted shipping cost.
