Shipping Policy: All orders are either shipped via UPS or US Mail usually within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. Additional shipping charges will be incurred for international orders. The price posted on your order does not include any of these additional costs. Any order containing Marking Magic Spray must be sent UPS only as this is an aerosol product and as a rule incurs an increase in the posted shipping cost. We are unable to ship Marking Magic Spray to destinations outside of the continental United States.

Return Policy: All returns must first be authorized by the office at QCI, Inc. All items that are to be returned to us must be shipped prepaid, they must be in salable condition, and they must be listed in our current catalog. Claims will not be allowed after 30 days from receipt of the order. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned at our discretion. Returns made for any reason other than our error will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
