Our website primarily collects data in two ways – 1) through Google Analytics, for usage data and information that helps us improve our website, and 2) for eCommerce transactions.

Google Analytics tracks what users do on our website, and if possible, how they reached our website (ex: search engine results). No personal identification information is collected.

We use WooCommerce as our eCommerce system and we collect only that information on customers that is needed to process orders placed on our website. We collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, and credit card payment details during the ordering process. Our payment gateway also uses this information to verify identify, authorize and capture credit card charges for the order being placed. We do not store payment data on our website or in our eCommerce database, and stored payment data is fully encrypted through the Authorize.net gateway.

We may also collect any personal information that is provided when users contact us using email or the mail form on our contact us page. The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our website and/or serve our customers better.

With respect to cookies: 
We use cookies to store visitors preferences, record session information, such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart, record user-specific information on what pages users access or visit, alert visitors to new areas that we think might be of interest to them when they return to our site, record past activity at a site in order to provide better service when visitors return to our site.

* If you supply us with your postal address online you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please contact us by phone or email.

If our information practices change at some time in the future we will contact you before we use your data for these new purposes to notify you of the policy change and to provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses.

Upon request we provide site visitors with access to all information [including proprietary information] that we maintain about them, financial information (e.g., credit card account information) unique identifier information (e.g., customer number or password) transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases) communications that the consumer/visitor has directed to our site (e.g., e-mails, customer inquiries).

Upon request, we offer visitors the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information, financial information. Consumers can have this information corrected or permanently removed by contacting us.

With respect to security: 
We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site. If you feel that this site is not following its stated information policy, please let us know.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via UPS or US Mail within one to two business days from the receipt of order.

Exception:
Any order containing Marking Magic must be sent via UPS, as this is an aerosol product which incurs an increase in the posted shipping cost.

Returns

  • All returns must first be authorized by Quilting Creations International, Inc. Contact us for authorization before you return anything.
  • Items that are eligible for return must 1) currently be in our catalog, 2) be in new/unused condition, and 3) be returned within 30 days of the original purchase.
  • Shipping costs for returned merchandise is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Unauthorized returns may be refused at our discretion.
  • Returns for any other reasons other than our error will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
